Christopher Brackins
President and Founder
As founder and president, Chris is responsible for setting the vision, strategies, and operation structure of the entire organization. He oversees all aspects of Greenbridge’s construction, engineering, and financial operations.

Chris is also an entrepreneur and the founder of Greenbridge Construction, Inc. Starting with a single employee in his home basement in 1998, he has led Greenbridge’s business growth from structural repair service, to the all-encompassing Construction firm it is today. Our specialties include: Heavy Civil, Bridge Construction, Roads & Highway, Civil Site work, Turn-Key Drilled Piers & Grade Beam construction, General construction and Parking Garage Structural Repair Services. For the past 21 years, Chris has focused on corporate operations, business development and client relationships.

Penny Brackins
Vice President / Senior Administrator/ Controller
Since 2000, Penny, Hires, manages, and evaluates management Team and superintendent staff. Creates and maintains a safe and secure worksite, as well as ensures that procurement of materials, supplies and equipment meets project needs. She also coordinates office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. She supervises administrative and office staff and divides responsibilities to ensure performance.

For past 16 years Penny’s key role and contribution to Greenbridge is in analyzing, interpreting, and controlling the organization’s accounting and financial records. As the chief accounting executive, her duties cover all of the accounting functions in the organization, and she is responsible for the preparation of the operating budgets, overseeing financial reporting and performing essential duties relating to payroll. As the Controller, she has many tasks which also include preparing budgets and outlining important budgeting schedules throughout the organization.

Brittney Drummey
Office Engineer/ Administrative Assistant
Brittney joined our team in August 2020, and in her current role, she acts as the liaison between our Project Managers, Vendors, & Clients on projects. She provides Technical and Administrative information to all parties involved in a project. On top of reporting to the Project Managers,  Brittney also assists the Senior Administrator with any and all clerical tasks needed, and aids in making sure the office activities and operations adhere to company policies.

Douglas Brackins
Vice President of Operations
Doug has served as Greenbridge Vice President of Operations since April 2020 after 4 years in the DMV area contracting industry. Doug’s core responsibilities include oversight of Greenbridge’s Project Managers and Estimators, including pursuit of new work, execution of contracts with customers and vendors/subcontractors, project schedule oversight and project financial review.

Doug is a 2020 graduate of Salisbury University with a BS in Business administration specializing in Construction Industry He also oversees Greenbridge Safety program, compliance, and Training programs Doug also works with the Greenbridge business development team to develop GBCI’s growth, and success for the Company, their team & employees.

Thomas Giorgilli
Construction Project Manager / VP Construction Dev
Tom joined our team with over 30 years experience in Site Work, Roads, Bridges, Highways and Drainage. He oversees all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs. Tom is responsible for ensuring the project is completed safely, on budget and within scope.

Christopher Smith
Project Superintendent/ Lead Master Carpenter 
Chris manages the field operation of the projects from planning to completion, including tasks such as budgeting and scheduling. He is responsible for Quality Control and ensuring the safety and security of the construction site. Chris works with our subcontractors, Vendors and suppliers to coordinate and keep production on schedule, and within budget, all while managing our site crew and keeping them on task.

Kevin Kramer
Field Operations Manager 
Kevin joined the Company in 2020, and in his current role he is responsible for coordinating with our Project Managers, as well as dispatching our tradesmen, fleet vehicles, material and rental equipment to the appropriate work sites on a daily basis. Kevin is also responsible for oversight of Greenbridge’s warehouse operations and trucking.

Ahmrish Patel
Senior Construction Engineer
Senior Engineer, Ahmrish is responsible for leading, managing and mentoring a team of engineers in the planning and overall construction of all structural engineer work to ensure standards are maintained and exceeded.

Ahmrish Patel PE, SE is a Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer with over four decades of structural engineering experience. His expertise ranges from specialization in post−tension and pre−stressed concrete construction, to all types of complex framing systems. Mr. Patel has been an integral leader with Greenbridge for over 12 years and a Structural Engineer for over 35 years. He is meticulous and efficient, ensuring each project gets completed above and beyond the project owners’ standards and expectations. His portfolio includes leading the structural designs of existing building renovations and alterations, as well as bridge structures in Federal, Regional, and Municipal facilities.
